Refunds and Exchanges
We strongly encourage you to review / confirm that you are satisfied that all details of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements before placing your order as we DO NOT offer refunds on our item(s).
We hope each purchase meets your needs and we carefully inspect, pack and dispatch each order to ensure that your item(s) arrives in perfect condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will offer an exchange.
In order to qualify for an exchange, goods must be sent back in their original condition and packaging with no sign of wear or damage. Returns must be sent back to us within 7 working days from the original date of purchase. Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.
If you opt for an exchange of a more expensive item(s), you will have to pay the difference.
Please note, you will need to cover costs for return postage. We recommend you use a tracked service when returning, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that you keep your proof of postage receipt.
All exchanges will be subject to stock availability. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, we are happy to offer you a credit note.
Once this is received, the new item(s) will be posted within 1-2 working days. A re-postage fee will be applicable for any exchanges sent out.
Please note that we can only exchange purchases once per order.
To request a return, email us at Contact@tnmlondon.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you details on how to return your item(s). We do not accept items that are sent back without submitting a return request.
International Orders
For international shipments, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges that may apply. We recommend using a tracked and insured service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please note that any exchanges or returns must still comply with our standard returns and exchanges policy.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of making an order provided that your order has not been packaged / dispatched within this time. We cannot cancel an order once it has been packaged / dispatched.
Pre Order & Made to Order
When placing an order for a made to order or pre order item, please allow approximately 2 to 5 weeks for production and dispatch.
In rare cases, processing may take slightly longer due to unforeseen circumstances or peak seasons such as Ramadan. If we anticipate any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether we can meet your deadline.
Please note that all pre order and made to order items are final sale. As these pieces are produced specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, except in the case of a manufacturing fault.
Final Sale
Final sale items are non-exchangeable and cannot be returned for a credit note. We kindly encourage you to review your purchase carefully, read the product description to ensure full understanding of what is included, and confirm that the selected size aligns with the size you wear.
Credit Note
Credit note must be used within 18 months from the date of issue. Any remaining balance after this period will expire and cannot be reinstated.
