When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete. TNM LONDON will take no responsibility if an incorrect address has been entered and the buyer does not receive the parcel(s).

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

UK Orders & Delivery

Free Delivery on all UK orders over £150 (sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48).

UK Next day delivery is a next working day tracked service. This is providing your order is placed before 1PM Monday to Thursday.

Royal Mail Tracked 24. Receive your order in 1–2 working days. 

Royal Mail Tracked 48. Receive your order in 2–3 working days.

International Orders and Delivery

Once your order has been processed, we ship your parcel using DHL Express, a reliable international courier service.

Estimated delivery time for international orders is 3 to 10 working days, depending on the destination and any customs clearance procedures.

Custom and Duties

Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot predict or control these charges as they vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

TNM LONDON is not responsible for any parcel(s) a customer refuses to pay customs fees for and will deduct any fees incurred from the refund once the parcel has been returned to us by the courier.

Tracking

We cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control. Once your order is shipped, the courier is responsible for delivering the item(s) to you and we cannot control their delivery time. 

We will provide you with tracking details, in order for you to monitor the status of your delivery.
